BUSINESS COURSES - Law 81-08/2008 ex 626

Legislative Decree 81-08/2008 ex L. 626 introduced measures to protect the health and safety of workers during the course of their work in all sectors both public and private.
The risks resulting from driving the vehicle company is directly attributable to the performance of work duties.
Decree 81-08/2008 ex L. 626 expressly provide that such risks:

1) They are considered and evaluated for proper drafting of the document on security
2) They should be reduced as more 'possible, through adequate training and information for those uses by occupation working directly and indirectly, the car company.

 

For this motive, Sport & Safe Driving School, in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 81-08/2008 ex L. 626, proposing specific courses aimed at providing the theoretical and practical bases for the training and comprehensive business information for staff, not forgetting that the training and updating of staff is essential in a 'company that makes use of a car park, with immediate benefits to driving safety and to maintain optimum use of resources.

The School is able to provide, to all companies that were required, appropriate documentation of such training and information for staff who participated in the courses.
The cost of courses for company staff, as running costs, is subject to the full tax deductibility.

Safe Driving Course - Full Immersion of 4 hours: € 240,00 + IVA 20%
Sport and Safe Driving course 1 - Full Immersion of 7 hours: € 460,00 + IVA 20%
